How the party flows
Gym games & activities
Our staff lead organized movement games. Request favorite games, activities or a theme — we document requests and accommodate them when feasible.
Food & cake
Bring your own food, drinks, cake and simple decorations. Decorations are dropped off in advance so staff can set them up. No glitter or confetti.
Extra gym time
Some packages offer a gym time extension, placed before or after food and cake as coordinated with staff — when the calendar and staffing allow.

2 staff for up to 20 children. Parties over 20 children need staff approval and 3 staff.
Exclusive gym use
No classes or other groups during your party.
Waivers handled online
Every guest registers and signs a waiver through your shareable link.

How do payment and the deposit work?
A $150.00 deposit confirms your party and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due on the party date — you’re welcome to pay early or pay in full.
What if we need to cancel?
If you cancel, the $150.00 deposit is nonrefundable; everything paid above the deposit is refunded, whenever you cancel. If Strong Start cancels, everything is refunded, including the deposit.
Can we reschedule?
One complimentary reschedule is available when requested at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.
Can we change add-ons?
Add-ons can be changed online until 7 days before the party. After that, please speak with our staff. An extension can be added only if the calendar and staffing permit; removing paid items may need staff approval.
How far ahead can we book online?
Online party booking closes 10 days before the party. For a sooner date, contact us — we’ll check availability.
What about food, cake and decorations?
- You may bring your own food, drinks, cake and simple decorations.

How many children can come?
Each package includes a set number of children, with additional children charged per child. Parties for more than 20 children need staff approval and 3 staff.
Do guests need an account or a waiver?
No account is needed. After your booking is confirmed you get a link to share. Each family registers their child and signs the waiver online, or at the front desk on arrival.
No child may enter the gym floor without a signed waiver. Registration closes automatically once your paid child count is reached.
When should guests arrive and leave?
- Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes before the reservation begins; early arrivals wait in the lobby.
- Gym floor access begins exactly at the scheduled start time.
- All guests leave the gym floor at the scheduled end time.
- Everyone must leave the facility within 10 minutes after the reservation ends.
- Late arrivals do not extend the reservation.
Do you accept tips?
Gratuities for party staff are appreciated but never expected.
