Privacy Policy
Strong Start Youth Fitness & Development · Last updated October 20, 2026
This policy explains what information our website, strongstartgym.com, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Our website is in preview
Our website is a preview of Strong Start before we open. You can read about our classes, schedule, parties and playdates. You can’t create an account, register a child, book, pay, or send a message through the website yet. Before any of those features open, we will update this policy to explain the information they collect.
Information we collect
Information you give us. The website doesn’t ask you for any personal information. If you email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address and message, and we use it only to reply to you.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting providers automatically receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. It is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
Website statistics, only if you agree. When you first visit our main pages, we ask whether you accept Google Analytics cookies. If you choose Accept, Google Analytics records which of our public pages you view, how you reached our site, your general location (such as city or region), and your device and browser type. We use this only to count visits and see which pages are popular. If you choose Decline, nothing is sent to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics runs only on our public information pages, never for signed-in users or on account, booking or waiver pages. The page addresses we send leave out search and form details, and Google’s advertising features (Google signals and ad personalization) are turned off. To learn how Google uses this information, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also block Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies
ss_csrf: a necessary security cookie that protects the site’s forms. It contains no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser.ss_analytics: remembers whether you chose Accept or Decline, for 180 days._gaand_ga_…: Google Analytics cookies, set only if you choose Accept.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of our pages. Choosing Decline removes the Google Analytics cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites.
How we use information
We use information only to run, maintain and protect the website, to reply to you, and, if you agree, to understand which pages visitors use. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website, and only as needed for that work:
- Render hosts our website and its data in the United States.
- Cloudflare, through Render, delivers website traffic securely and receives visitors’ IP addresses.
- Backblaze stores encrypted backup copies of our website data in the United States. They are encrypted before they leave our server, and Backblaze cannot read them.
- Healthchecks.io alerts us if a backup fails. It receives no personal information.
- Google provides Google Analytics, only if you choose Accept.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our families, staff or the public.
Children’s privacy
Our website is for parents and guardians. It isn’t designed for children to use, and children can’t create accounts or submit information on it. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
How we protect information
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to its systems is limited. Backups are encrypted and stored securely. No website can be completely secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask what personal information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before we open registration, bookings, payments or our contact form, and whenever our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
